On view from 28 September 2024 to 12 January 2025, this exhibition brings together work by seven artists, including Robert Kobayashi, who graduated from McKinley High School in the 1920s to the 1960s and went on to define modernism in Hawaiʻi.

Brendan Fernandes presents a series of duets performed throughout the galleries at the Pulitzer Arts Foundation. Responding directly to Scott Burton: Shape Shift, the dancers engage with Burton’s “furniture sculptures”—artworks that were originally made for public use. The performances will occur on 7 September 2024, one from 12 PM - 1 PM, and a second from 2 PM - 3 PM.

William Villalongo's Myths and Migrations travels to Madison Museum of Contemporary Art! The show will be on view 3 May - 11 August 2024, with an opening reception held 4 May 2024 from 5 - 8 pm, during which Villalongo will discuss the evolution of his artistic practice, culminating with his works from Myths and Migrations. Following the talk, composer and pianist Igor Santos will perform a collaborative multi-media piano piece.
